FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
We are able to accept HSA/FSA payments! Unfortunately at this time insurance does not cover in-home services. We strive to make the service as affordable as possible.
What if I need to cancel my child’s appointment?
If you are needing to cancel your child’s appointment within 2 hours of your appointment time, there will be a $15 charge.
Do you provide newborn care?
Yes! We are happy to see newborns for routine care and guidance. If any concerns are noticed, or if labs are needed to rule out diagnosis such as jaundice or other acute conditions, we may refer your baby to a pediatric clinic or hospital for care that requires additional resources.
Do you administer medications or vaccines?
We do not administer vaccines due to storage and handling requirements. Families needing vaccines will be referred to Burleigh County Public Health. Medications can be prescribed during your visit and picked up by the family at their pharmacy of choice.
